ZKOUŠKA SIRÉN (TEST OF SIRENS)

Zkouška sirén (Test of Sirens) is a regular pop-up event held by Ambiente’s creative chefs on the first Wednesday of the month. During this event, they offer guests a multi-course menu on the first that will never be repeated.

You can thus have a look into UM’s test kitchen, sample dishes inspired by current projects, the development of recipes or inspiring journeys, and enjoy drinks mixed specifically to match the concept. 

Come on time – doors open at 17:00 and guests are seated in the order that they arrive. If it’s full, a drink at the bar will be in order. You can always find the current menu on the Event calendar website.

The price of the whole menu is CZK 750.
