ZKOUŠKA SIRÉN (TEST OF SIRENS)

Zkouška sirén (Test of Sirens) is a regular pop-up event held by Ambiente’s creative chefs on the first Wednesday of the month. During this event, they offer guests a multi-course menu on the first that will never be repeated.

You can thus have a look into UM’s test kitchen, sample dishes inspired by current projects, the development of recipes or inspiring journeys, and enjoy drinks mixed specifically to match the concept. 

Come on time – doors open at 17:00 and guests are seated in the order that they arrive. If it’s full, a drink at the bar will be in order. You can always find the current menu in the event calendar on the website.

The price of the whole menu is CZK 750.
