Cooking course with an Ambiente creative chef


In the professional kitchen where recipes are fine-tuned and concepts for all Ambiente restaurants are created, guests will prepare a flavourful menu and have a chance to see behind the scenes and learn the tricks of our chefs and tips for home cooking. Under the leadership of Ambiente’s creative chef Tomáš Valkovič, we will then prepare one of the proposed menus.

What’s good to know?


MENU A

  • dried beetroot, kefir, cherries

  • breaded pork cutlets, mashed potatoes, cucumber salad

  • cream puff, hazelnut pralines

MENU B

  • mushrooms, bread, whey, marjoram

  • fresh pasta, sauce of dried meat (Amaso) and tomatoes

  • vanilla cream, forest fruits, biscuit

MENU C

  • carrots with mustard, buckwheat

  • fish, butter sauce, baked cauliflower, cauliflower puree

  • tarte Tatin 

MENU D

  • poached eggs, charred leek, anchovies

  • rib-eye steak, demi-glace, baked parsley chimichurri

  • ice cream from Myšák, fruit in rum, granola

MENU E

  • peppers stuffed with sausage, fruit mustard

  • ham, horseradish sauce, dumplings

  • cocoa semolina porridge, blueberries with brown butter

Beverages:

  • soft drinks

  • Nordbeans select coffee

Price: CZK 3,600/person excl. VAT

The price includes the cooking course led by an instructor, unlimited consumption of non-alcoholic beverages and coffee, as well as service and private rental of the space.
